About this role
Exciting new opportunity for a groundworks or civils Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a £200m major construction project in Manchester.
Working for a leading principal contractor with secured pipeline projects, you will be overseeing groundworks and frame subcontractors on a major commercial construction site. The company can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading construction business working on some of the North West's most prestigious construction projects, majority in excess of £100m in value.
Experience / Qualifications Required
- Proven track record as a groundworks/ civils Quantity Surveying working
- Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to prioritise, manage risk and value engineer.
Salary & Package on offer
- Base Salary £45,000 to £55,000 (dependent on level of experience)
