Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager

SALARY

£45,000 OTE / £25,000 to £30,000 per annum Basic Salary + Benefits

LOCATION

Remote and Hybrid working available – candidates need to be located within 60 miles of Exeter. Initial training will be from the Exeter Office.

The Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager will work closely with brokers, customers, lenders, solicitors and surveyors, combining accurate administration with proactive case progression.

With ownership of the post-application client journey, the Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager will maintain clear communication, accurate CRM records and a consistently professional service.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Mortgage

Administrator / Case Manager include

•

Mortgage Application Processing

Accurately input mortgage applications into lender systems and upload supporting documents

•

Pipeline Management

Manage mortgage and finance applications through to completion

•

Client Communication

Keep customers updated in writing and by phone throughout the post-application process

•

Third-Party Liaison

Work with mortgage companies, solicitors and surveyors to progress cases

•

Client Journey Oversight

Help deliver a smooth, professional client service experience

•

CRM Record Keeping

Record interactions and activities accurately in the CRM system

•

Broker Support

Support 6 brokers with case progression and administration

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience within the mortgage industry, gained as a broker, case manager or underwriter

• Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently

• Motivation to develop within a professional and growing business environment

• Passion for delivering an excellent client experience

• Confident written and verbal communication skills
