House Keeper - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Key skills and experience include

Experience working in a healthcare, hospitality, housekeeping or customer service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with patients, relatives and colleagues. Ability to work independently and use initiative while also contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands. Understanding of the importance of cleanliness, infection prevention and control, and health and safety standards. Experience of stock management, ordering supplies and maintaining equipment is desirable. Basic IT skills, including email and data entry. A caring, compassionate and professional approach, with a commitment to delivering an excellent patient experience. Flexible, reliable and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and undertake further training. Understanding of the importance of confidentiality, dignity and respect in a healthcare setting
