About this role
PA required for an 8 y/o girl living in Heath. She has complex health care needs due to Arthrogryposis which was present at birth. She suffers from frequent chest infections needing ventilatory support and global developmental delay. Support required at home and in the community.
Hours of work
9 hours/week.
