London | Part-time | Self-employed
£400 basic per month + £120 per room let
Looking for flexible work that fits around your week?
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Lettings Viewing Agent to join a small, established property team. You’ll show prospective tenants around rooms and properties across Zones 2–6, mainly during evenings and weekends.
No previous lettings experience is required, full training and shadowing will be provided.
The Role
You’ll meet prospective tenants at properties and help them decide whether a room or property is right for them.
Your responsibilities will include
Meeting applicants at properties and showing them around
Running open days at newly acquired houses
Providing same-day feedback on everyone you meet
Following up with applicants who liked a property but haven't yet applied
Collecting and returning keys or using key safes
Travelling across several London boroughs within Zones 2–6
The wider team handles the advertising, pricing and referencing, while your role is focused on delivering a great viewing experience and helping turn interest into successful lets.
What We're Looking For
No previous lettings experience is required. What matters most is your personality, reliability and ability to connect with people.
You’ll be
Friendly, approachable and comfortable meeting new people
Reliable and punctual
Happy to learn and take direction
Available for some evenings and at least one weekend day
Able to travel across Zones 2–6
Legally entitled to work in the UK
You’ll receive training on the properties, applicant qualification process and viewing requirements, plus shadowing before running your own viewings.
What You’ll Earn
£400 basic monthly payment, covering travel across Zones 2–6 and your committed availability
£120 for every room successfully let
No cap and no target — the more rooms you let, the more you earn
Room fees are paid once the tenant moves in and their first month’s rent clears
Example earnings
6 rooms let = £1,120
10 rooms let = £1,600
14 rooms let = £2,080
Why This Role?
