About the Role

Are you passionate about unlocking the potential of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) ? We are recruiting dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants across North London to step into 1:1 and small group support roles within mainstream academies and specialised alternative provisions.

Because we operate on the RM6376 framework , schools come to us first when funding for new Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) is approved.

Assist the classroom teacher by adapting learning materials to make them accessible.

Foster an inclusive environment where students feel confident and supported.

Why Join Us?

Secure consistent, meaningful work in local North London schools.

Free permanent transition opportunities after 12 weeks.

Dedicated support from an education recruitment desk that understands SEND.

Prior experience supporting children or adults with SEND (mainstream, care, or special school settings).
