Chair progress meetings and produce clear reports for clients and senior management
Monitor budgets and variations, flagging risks before they become problems
Ensure health and safety compliance across every site you're responsible for
Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions for accuracy before work proceeds
Here are the skills you'll need
Proven experience as a Building Project Manager or in a similar site-based role within Property & Construction
Working knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and CDM regulations
Confidence managing budgets, programmes and multiple stakeholders at once
Strong written and verbal communication, particularly when things go off plan
A relevant qualification (HNC, degree, or equivalent site experience) plus SMSTS or similar
The ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions without waiting to be told
Key perks and benefits
£38,500 to £56,500 depending on experience
Bonus scheme on top of base salary
Private medical insurance and pension contribution
Generous annual leave with flexible working arrangements
Office-based role in Bristol, with a clear path for progression as the company grows
