About this role
Step into this Junior Marketing Executive role and build something that matters in Marketing.
London's startup scene runs on marketing teams that move fast and figure things out as they go. This is a growing startup looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to help shape how the brand shows up, test what works, and learn the craft properly rather than just ticking boxes. Marketing at this stage of a company's life isn't about following a playbook. It's about writing one.
Here's what you'll be doing
Support and help execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels
Write and edit copy for social posts, newsletters, and website content
Track campaign performance and pull together reports the team can actually use
Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and external partners to get assets over the line
Help manage the content calendar and keep projects moving on schedule
Research competitors and market trends to spot opportunities early
Here are the skills you'll need
Some experience in a marketing role or placement, whether through internships, a degree project, or a first job
Confident writer who can adapt tone for different channels and audiences
Comfortable with basic data, spreadsheets, and reading a campaign report without needing it explained twice
Genuine curiosity about marketing trends, tools, and what makes people click, buy, or sign up
Organised enough to juggle several small projects at once without dropping the ball
Happy to ask questions, take feedback well, and pitch in wherever the team needs a hand
Key perks and benefits
£25,000 to £29,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working, split between the London office and home
Equity in the business, so you share in what you help build
Flexible hours and a genuinely remote-friendly culture
A dedicated learning and development budget to grow your skills
Why pursue a career in Marketing?
Marketing is one of the few fields where junior staff get real ownership early, especially inside a startup where everyone wears more than one hat. London remains one of the best places in the world to build a marketing career, with agencies, brands, and startups all competing for sharp thinkers. Get a couple of years in and the door opens to specialisms in content, performance, or brand, wherever your interest takes you.
