Head of Performance

The post holder will provide leadership to the Operational Planning and Performance teams with a focus on ensuring the Trust is able to describe and improve performance relating to key objectives with planning and performance processes embedded across the operational teams. The post holder will support the performance monitoring and improvement process within the operational management structure, including support to committee and executive level meetings. The post holder will lead on the delivery of key projects as delegated and also provide expertise on measurement of performance to other projects within the senior operational portfolio. The post holder will coordinate service level planning aligned to Trust, ICB and national priorities. This will require them to establish regular planning cycles that align routine monitoring with mandated planning and reporting deadlines.
