The role

• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff
• Leading and supervising sports-based activities and PE lessons where required
• Maintaining positive behaviour and high expectations in the classroom
• Encouraging student participation, engagement, and wellbeing
• Supporting learning across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff

The ideal candidate will

• Have a background in sport, coaching, PE, or working with young people
• Be confident leading groups of secondary-aged students
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Be enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable
• Have a passion for promoting physical activity and student development
