Job Purpose
To drive agency revenue and client satisfaction by identifying talent needs, generating new business leads, headhunting qualified professionals, and matching candidates to permanent, contract, or temporary roles.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Pitch recruitment services to new corporate clients via cold calling, networking, and meetings.
•
Client Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Sourcing
Advertise vacancies on job boards, search candidate databases, and headhunt passive talent.

Screening & Interviewing
Conduct initial telephone or face-to-face interviews, assess suitability, and check references.
•
Placement & Negotiation
Present shortlists to clients, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate salary packages or agency fees.
•
Target Achievement
Work toward and exceed monthly or quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
