About this role

Dementia UK is looking for a Mass Participation Executive (Products) to join our growing Mass Participation team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio of fundraising products, helping develop an emerging income stream with ambitious plans to grow from £500,000 to £1 million over the next five years.

You will manage and develop a portfolio of charity-owned fundraising products, such as Time for a Cuppa, Fans vs Dementia and November Knitting Challenge. Taking ownership from planning through to evaluation, you'll have the opportunity to bring creative ideas, test new approaches and help shape the future of this growing programme. Working collaboratively across the charity, you'll gain valuable experience in fundraising, marketing, supporter engagement and project management.

You will coordinate end-to-end fundraising campaigns, including project planning, marketing activity, supporter communications and stewardship journeys. You'll develop engaging content, support registration processes and landing pages, monitor campaign performance and use data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement. You'll also work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver successful campaigns that contribute to our fundraising ambitions.

You will have experience supporting or delivering fundraising campaigns, with strong organisational, project management and communication skills. You'll be confident writing engaging marketing and supporter communications, managing multiple priorities and using data to inform decisions. Creative, proactive and collaborative, you'll enjoy taking ownership of projects and bringing new ideas to the team.

Join Dementia UK at an exciting stage of growth and help shape a developing fundraising programme, with opportunities to build your skills, test innovative ideas and make a meaningful difference for families affected by dementia.

This role is subject to a Basic DBS check.

Please note we are looking for someone to start after the 4th January 2027.
