West End Garage is an independent, family-owned business and a proud Škoda partner since 1987, with dealerships in Dunfermline, Stirling and Edinburgh.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our Aftersales team at Halbeath Motor Park, Dunfermline.

Whether you have recently achieved your Level 3 qualification or are an experienced technician looking for your next opportunity, we would like to hear from you. We welcome applicants from both main dealerships and independent garages. Previous Škoda experience is not essential.

You will bring a minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Service and Repair, or equivalent, and a willingness to learn. We will invest in your training and manufacturer accreditation, with a development plan tailored to your existing skills and an agreed level of competence to work towards.

Your basic salary will reflect your skills, qualifications and experience, with total earnings dependent on your level of competence, performance and overtime worked.

  • Investment in training and Škoda manufacturer accreditation
  • EV and hybrid vehicle training as part of your development
  • Access to the CBS employee car lease scheme

The role

You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs appropriate to your skills and experience, with support as you develop. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Service Advisors, you will help deliver high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
