ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to people's lives?

As a Support Worker, you will help the ladies with their day-to-day needs, encourage independence and support them to enjoy meaningful activities and experiences. You will build positive relationships, promote their wellbeing and help ensure they receive person-centred support.

You will need to be flexible, as the role includes working evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. The position also includes paid sleep-in shifts, and you will be expected to complete at least one sleep-in per week, with additional sleep-ins where required.

Shift patterns include a mixture of daytime, evening and sleep-in shifts, with working hours including

o 9:00am till 11:00pm, followed by a sleep-in and a morning shift from 7:00am till 9:00am

o 3:00pm till 11:00pm, followed by a sleep-in and a morning shift from 7:00am till 9:00am

o 9:00am till 5:00pm

o 12:00pm till 5:00pm

WHO THIS POSITION SUITS

This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific)

You don't need to have worked in care before if you're kind, patient, and willing to learn, we'll support you every step of the way.

It could suit someone who's helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job.
