About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injuries, and dementia to live life their way.
You’ll
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
