Multi-Skilled FM Operative and play a key role in delivering a high-quality facilities management service, helping to create a safe, clean and welcoming environment for everyone on site.

Thisis a varied and hands-on role where you'll support a range of facilitiesservices, including cleaning, portering, reception, post room andfront-of-house activities. You'll help ensure the site runs smoothly,maintaining high standards while providing flexible support wherever it'sneeded.

Workingclosely with colleagues, customers, visitors and clients, you'll deliverfriendly, professional service and adapt to the changing needs of the site. Ifyou're practical, organised and enjoy variety in your working day, this is agreat opportunity to make a real difference with Sodexo.

What you'll do

• Deliver cleaning and general facilities management support, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the site.
• Support reception, visitor management, post room operations, meeting room set-ups and basic hospitality services as required.
• Safely move furniture, equipment, parcels, mail and other materials, following manual handling procedures.
• Respond to work orders, reactive requests and changing operational needs, working flexibly across different FM services.
• Follow all Health and Safety, COSHH, security and site procedures, completing required records, checklists and training.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues and visitors, supporting the wider team to ensure the site runs smoothly.

What you bring

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous and customer-focused approach when dealing with clients, colleagues and visitors.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and safe working practices, including manual handling.
• Ability to undertake physical duties and work flexibly across cleaning, portering, reception, post room and other FM services.
• Previous experience in facilities management, cleaning, portering, reception or post room operations is desirable, along with relevant workplace safety training.
