Erewash and South Derbyshire

Following securing additional funding, the Derbyshire Recovery Partnership (DRP) are looking to recruit a permanent Recovery Connector Practitioner for the Erewash and South Derbyshire region of our Derbyshire service.

This community-based team works with people living in Derbyshire that are in recovery from drug and/or alcohol use. This role will focus on linking people in with local recovery communities, teams, projects and mutual aid groups. You will work alongside a team of 4 Recovery Connector workers, a Rehab Worker and a Lived Experience Pathway Coordinator, and will be led by a Recovery Team Manager.
