Lettings and Tenancy Manager

Ancla Realty manages around 400 residential and commercial properties across the South Coast. We're looking for an experienced Lettings & Tenancy Manager to take ownership of our lettings, keep properties occupied and help us improve how we work.

What you'll be doing

• Marketing properties, handling enquiries and carrying out viewings
• Managing applications, referencing, tenancy agreements and move-ins
• Overseeing renewals, rent reviews, inspections and move-outs
• Planning ahead to keep empty periods to a minimum
• Keeping tenancy records and reports accurate and up to date
• Working with tenants, colleagues and external letting agents to keep things running smoothly
• Spotting ways to improve our processes and systems

What we offer

• £33,000 to £36,000 salary, depending on experience
• Up to 10% annual performance bonus, paid quarterly
• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with occasional Saturday viewings taken back as time off in lieu

This is an office-based role in Southampton, with regular property visits.
