  • Use CRM systems effectively to manage workload, prioritise activity and maintain accurate customer and transaction records
  • Clearly explain sales processes, eligibility criteria, valuations and timescales, helping customers understand what happens at each stage
  • Conduct property viewings, open days and virtual appointments where required
  • Work closely with Sales Progressors and other colleagues to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently

  • Ensure sales activity and documentation comply with internal policies, audit standards and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection and the New Homes Quality Code

More About You

  • Experience of selling Shared Ownership homes, managing resales, staircasing transactions or other affordable housing products.
  • Knowledge of Homes England requirements, Shared Ownership processes and relevant Right to Buy/Right to Acquire legislation
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and KPI targets within the property industry, including experience within Shared Ownership
  • Experience working within a customer-focused environment with a demonstrable impact on customer satisfaction
