Job Coach

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential?

We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive Job Coaches to join our Inclusion, Work & Independence team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with additional needs as they prepare for, access and sustain meaningful work placements and progress towards employment.

As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in helping learners develop confidence, independence and workplace skills while building strong partnerships with employers across the local community.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and sourcing work placements with local employers.

Supporting learners to prepare for, access and succeed in the workplace.

Providing tailored workplace coaching and on-the-job support.

Helping learners develop employability, communication and interpersonal skills.

Supporting CV writing, job applications and interview preparation.

Working collaboratively with employers, parents/carers, tutors and external professionals.

Monitoring progress, maintaining records and contributing to learner reviews.

Supporting travel training and workplace inductions.
