Dive into the heart of our team as the Home Administrator, where you'll be the go-to for information and advice, whether face-to-face or over the phone. Your duties will range from keeping accurate financial, personnel and resident records to mastering all aspects of administration. You will be a highly organised individual, who wants to work in an environment where they can make a difference.

Your Responsibilities

Be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice for all forms of enquiries. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is always delivered
Creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to drive occupancy within the home
Create and maintain staff, resident and financial records always ensuring accuracy
Have experience of being an Administrator in a fast paced and busy environment
Work within the home’s budgets and keep everything balanced.
Keep personnel and financial files up to date in line with GDPR
