FLT Driver - Counterbalance

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading goods, stock control, and operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders
• Checking goods for damage or missing items
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
• Supporting other warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
