About this role

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Building Surveyor to join Peabody’s Repairs Team, taking ownership of a varied caseload of repairs, disrepair cases, voids and specialist property issues across North West London.

This is a field-based role where you'll be the technical expert for your patch, working closely with residents, contractors and colleagues to diagnose building defects, manage works from start to finish and ensure customers receive a high-quality service every step of the way.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being part of a collaborative team focused on delivering great outcomes for residents and achieving value for money
