Non-Medical Prescriber Substance Misuse

Working hours

37.5 hours per week (5 days between Monday and Friday)Contract dates - asap for at least 3 months (will be reviewed after 3 months and potentially extended)

Location

1 post in Barnet and 1 post in Whitechapel

Pay rate

£61/hr PAYE or £72/hr umbrella)

In your role you will

Initiate prescribing of and/or make amendments to prescriptions of opiate and/or alcohol substitute treatments and other related medications.Take a lead role in developing the prescribing clinic, acting as a point of contact for other workers and partner agencies around prescribing issues.

Essential Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent NMC or HCPC registrationPrevious post-registration experience as an independent Prescriber (in substance misuse medication)Strong communication and teamwork skills.**Please note we do not offer sponsorships**
