Economic Inclusion Services Manager

As Economic Inclusion Services Manager, you will lead and inspire a skilled team, build trusted partnerships and champion inclusive, community-led services. Combining strategic thinking with strong operational leadership, you will improve performance, encourage innovation and widen equitable opportunities for people experiencing mental health challenges.

Created in response to significant growth across our employment and economic inclusion services, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will work alongside the existing Economic Inclusion Services Manager and colleagues across Leeds Mind to shape the future of services that promote inclusion, wellbeing and recovery.

You will also contribute to wider organisational priorities, including quality assurance, safeguarding, workforce development and service performance. This varied and influential role will suit someone who can strengthen practice, develop people and ensure our services continue to respond to the changing needs of the communities we serve.
