Repairs Planner

Your new role

• We are currently recruiting for a Repairs Planner to join a busy social housing team in Bolton on a temporary basis for an initial 6-week assignment.
• Working closely with tenants, operatives and contractors, you will be responsible for scheduling responsive repairs, managing diaries, raising and tracking repair orders, and ensuring appointments are delivered efficiently.
• This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent customer service and organisational skills.
• The position is office-based 4 days per week, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, and pays £19.50 per hour.

What you'll need to succeed

• To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a repairs planning, scheduling or repairs administration position, ideally within social housing.
• Strong experience using housing management systems is essential, along with the ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritise effectively and communicate confidently with both internal teams and residents.
• You will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

What you'll get in return

• Weekly pay, hourly rate of £19.50 PAYE
• Full time weekday hours
