Working Pattern

Hybrid - initially 4 days in the office and Fridays working from home. Once training has been successfully completed (approximately 1-2 months), this will increase to 2 days working from home per week (Friday plus one other agreed day).

Our client, a well-established and highly respected business based in Leeds, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and supportive team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service experience who is looking to join a professional organisation with an excellent reputation and a positive working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing effective support, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times within a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
• Updating internal systems with customer details and notes
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth resolutions
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience within a customer service or office-based role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude
