What skills and experience we're looking for

Do you have a passion for education and want to inspire the next generation? Whether you’re already working in education and looking for your next role, or if you’re working in industry and looking to change your career path, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join our Construction curriculum team.

You’ll be required to prepare, teach, and assess at a variety of qualification levels, providing support and guidance to your learners as they progress through their studies. You will bring in-depth knowledge of the subject area, strengthened by relevant industry or professional experience, alongside a formal qualification that supports your expertise.

If you have teaching experience, especially within Further Education this is desirable but not essential. Similarly, while a full teaching qualification (Level 5 or higher) is not required at the time of appointment, you must be willing to achieve this within three years of employment, fully supported by the College.
