About this role

What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to the promotion of the current postholder, we are looking for an Attendance Officer to complete and monitor the attendance data for our students. Duties will include maintaining accurate student attendance records; producing and analysing data, and communicating and corresponding with parents/carers regarding absences.

They will work closely with the Office Manager, our Pastoral Deputy Head and Teaching Staff to ensure that all data input is accurate and records are kept securely and confidentially.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work alone and as part of a team and be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, and able to assist in main school administration and cover reception where needed. A working knowledge of SIMS or another student MIS would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
