Warehouse Operative

Currently seeking a General Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation specialising in Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing, based in Tuxford.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work within a busy warehouse environment.

As a General Warehouse Operative, your duties will include

• Loading and unloading goods

• Picking and packing orders

• Moving and handling furniture and home furnishing products

• Preparing goods for dispatch

• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised

• General warehouse duties as required

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

You will need

• Previous warehouse experience (advantageous but not essential)

• FLT licence would be an advantage, but is not essential

• Physically fit, as the role may involve manual handling

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Good attention to detail

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is an ongoing position with potential temp to perm for the right candidate.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8am start.

The hourly rate is £12.71. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday a year.
