Practice Nurse

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive GP surgery team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and making a real difference to our local community. The role will involve providing a range of general practice nursing services, including health checks, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, cervical screening and other clinical duties appropriate to your experience and training. We are committed to supporting our staff and creating a positive, collaborative working environment where everyone feels valued. You will have the opportunity to work closely with GPs and the wider practice team, develop your skills and contribute to improving patient care.
