LCV Technician / Light Commercial Vehicle Technician – Shrewsbury

We are recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician, Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, Van Technician or Commercial Vehicle Mechanic to join a leading commercial vehicle fleet workshop in Shrewsbury. Applicants must have previous LCV or HGV maintenance experience, hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent, possess a full UK, Irish or EU manual driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Basic £33,000 + Overtime

Hours

Monday to Friday | Day Shifts | No Weekends

LCV Technician Role

• Service, maintain and repair light commercial vehicles and fleet vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
• Carry out routine inspections and vehicle health checks
• Prepare commercial vehicles for MOT testing
• Identify faults and complete necessary repairs
• Ensure all vehicles meet required safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate workshop records and documentation

LCV Technician Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• Previous experience maintaining and repairing LCVs or HGVs
• Strong diagnostic, servicing and repair skills
• Full UK, Irish or EU manual driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to pass pre-employment security checks
