Gas Safe Heating Engineer

Storm Maintenance is seeking an experienced, qualified and reliable Gas Safe Registered Heating Engineer to join our growing property maintenance team across London and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing domestic gas boilers, central heating systems and associated heating equipment across residential and managed properties.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out domestic boiler servicing, maintenance and repairs.

* Diagnose and resolve boiler breakdowns and central heating faults.

* Complete landlord gas safety inspections and issue Gas Safety Records.

* Install, repair and replace heating components, radiators, valves and associated pipework.

* Carry out boiler installations and replacements where appropriately qualified.

* Perform gas safety checks and ensure compliance with current regulations.

* Attend planned and reactive maintenance appointments.

* Identify faults, recommend appropriate repairs and provide clear reports.

* Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.

* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards.
