Customer Service Assistant

We're looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic person to join our customer service team at Pandr.

We're a busy, independent dancewear and printing company based in Doncaster, supplying dance schools, businesses and customers across the UK.

Customer service is a huge part of what we do, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, can keep organised and isn't afraid to get stuck in!

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer emails, telephone calls and enquiries.

Helping customers with orders, products and delivery information.

Processing and managing customer orders.

Resolving customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.

Liaising with our production and retail teams to keep orders moving.

Keeping customer records and order information up to date.

Occasionally helping out in other areas of the business when needed.
