About the Role
Are you safety-conscious, proactive, and a great team player? We are seeking a Banksperson to join our busy manufacturing team in Corby.In this role, you will act as the forklift truck (FLT) driver’s right-hand person. You will play a vital part in keeping our warehouse moving safely and efficiently by guiding loads, managing kiln logistics, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Partnership
Act as the FLT driver's right-hand man, working closely together to guide and navigate movements safely around the site.
Load Management
Assist in keeping goods steady and secure while they are being transported on the forklift forks.
Safe Stacking
Maintain clear communication with the FLT driver to enable the safe, precise stacking of saggers.
Kiln Operations
Take charge of safely loading and unloading production kilns.
Housekeeping
Maintain high standards of general housekeeping to ensure the work area is clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
