Clinical Psychology Manager - Trainee Clinical Psychologists

In addition to trainee management responsibilities, post holders will be expected to contribute to the wider activities of the doctoral programme as required. This may include involvement in marking, assessments and other academic or professional tasks that support programme delivery. Applicants must be experienced Clinical Psychologists with a strong understanding of NHS employment processes and workforce management. Previous management experience within the NHS is essential, and experience within Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust would be particularly advantageous. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, be able to work collaboratively across organisations, and demonstrate a commitment to supporting the development and wellbeing of trainee clinical psychologists. We are currently offering three posts at 11.25 hours per week. However, applicants interested in alternative working patterns or different hours are encouraged to apply, as flexibility may be considered for suitable candidates.
