About this role
We require an enthusiastic, energetic, committed and skilled Crisis Intervention Practitioner to work within our school. The postholder will provide specialist social care-informed intervention for young people and families experiencing crisis, safeguarding concerns, family breakdown, neglect, exploitation risk or significant vulnerability. The post holder will bridge the gap between schools, families and statutory services to ensure timely support and coordinated intervention.
In joining Patcham High you will find a creative and supportive culture within a school that is hugely aspirational. We place great importance on positive relationships, teamwork and a ‘can do attitude’. We believe that we are at the cutting edge and, with exciting challenges ahead, this is a brilliant time to join the school. We offer a generous pension scheme, staff discounts available through the school, travel to work and cycle to work schemes, gym membership, CPD opportunities and more.
We welcome applications from colleagues who are determined to make a difference.
To apply please download the application form from the school’s website https://www.patchamhigh.brighton-hove.sch.uk/join-us/work-with-us/current-vacancies and email to Elise Holmes, PA to Headteacher eholmes@patchamhigh.org.uk
