About this role
To ensure good, safe and effective education programmes for nurses, HCAs and AHPs staff groups, also monitoring compliance with mandatory training. To develop and maintain staff knowledge and skills in order to ensure that all staff employed within the system are fit for purpose and practice. Assist in developing and implementing the system educational strategy for both registered and unregistered staff. To promote educational partnerships with other education colleagues and other relevant agencies.
