What you could be working on

There is no typical week, but here are some of the things you will be doing

Talking a colleague through their maternity and shared parental leave options, so they can plan their time away and their return with confidence.

Spending the day in one of your academies, meeting the Principal to talk through people priorities for the term ahead.

Progressing a case you are managing, keeping the colleague and their manager informed and making sure the process is fair throughout.

Making sure a colleague's promotion or move to another academy goes smoothly, with their contract right and their pay changed on time.

Advising a manager on how a Trust policy applies to their situation, so colleagues are treated consistently wherever they work.

Coaching a new manager before an important conversation, so they go into it prepared and confident.

Leigh Academies Trust has 33 academies across Kent, Medway and South East London, covering primary, secondary, grammar, all-through and specialist provision. What we offer

Salary from £30,108 to £41,647 per annum, based on experience

25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 after five years' service, plus bank holidays
