Animal Health Advisor

We are looking for a caring, professional and organised Animal Health Advisor to join our close-knit team. This varied, on-site role combines customer service, product sales, order administration and practical dispatch duties within our busy animal health department.

The role

You will help customers with enquiries, provide clear information about our products and services, and ensure orders are processed accurately and prepared for dispatch. You will also receive full training in operating our bioresonance equipment and supporting our animal sample analysis service.

Key responsibilities

Answer telephone enquiries from farmers and animal owners in a friendly, professional manner.

Explain our products and services clearly and help customers with their orders.

Promote and sell our product range, including organic apple cider vinegar and flavoured varieties.

Process orders and maintain accurate customer and order records.

Pack orders and prepare them for dispatch by the end of each working day.

Learn to operate our bioresonance equipment, following training and company procedures.

Work closely with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day running of the animal health department.

Explain the complementary nature of our services and recognise when an enquiry requires veterinary advice.
