We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join our team in Stevenson. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual to carry out a range of joinery repairs, maintenance work and associated building tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking joinery repairs associated with damp, mould and rot.
• Carrying out floor repairs and floor renewal works.
• Completing general joinery repairs and maintenance as required.
• Preparing areas and facilitating works for plasterers.
• Working alongside other trades to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.
• Ensuring all work is carried out to a good standard and in a safe and professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Joiner is essential.
• Experience in repairs, maintenance and floor renewal.
• Knowledge of repair work relating to damp, mould and rot.
• A full, valid driving licence is essential.
• A reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
