The Sleep Service is a busy and developing specialty, therefore the successful candidate will need to be organised, flexible and able to use their own initiative whilst working effectively as part of a team. The ability to prioritise workload, communicate sensitively with patients and relatives, and contribute to service improvement is essential. These expectations reflect the Band 3 role requirements for workload management, communication and quality improvement. Applicants should hold a Level 3 qualification in a healthcare-related subject, or have equivalent experience and evidence of competency gained through work-based learning and training.
