About this role
The post holders will be skilled, autonomous practitioners working as a core member of the Somerset Respiratory service, Acute Respiratory teams (present at Yeovil District and Musgrove Park Hospitals) and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care to patients. They will possess the skills, competence, expertise and clinical decision-making abilities required to plan, co-ordinate and carry out enhanced management for patients with unstable respiratory disease within the community setting.
