Tool Setter

We are currently recruiting for a

Tool Setter / Hanger to join our client's team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a Tool Setter / Hanger, you will play an important role in the production process, ensuring tools and equipment are correctly set up and components are prepared for processing. You'll be working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping to maintain quality and ensure production runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and preparing tools and equipment for production.
• Hanging components ready for processing.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to the required quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider production team as required.

Shift Pattern

The role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern

Early shift

6:00am - 2:30pm

-

Late shift

2:00pm - 10:30pm

You will rotate between the two shifts each week.

What We're Looking For

• A reliable and hardworking individual with a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Someone comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous tool setting, hanging or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
