Senior Delivery Lead - Insurance / Healthcare, Partnerships, Mobilisation

Up to £850 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)

6 - 9 months

My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Senior Delivery Lead with a proven track record in the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s) and demonstrable experience working on Partnerships, 3rd Party relationships and Mobilisation, having worked in Product Operating Model environments.

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Lead with a strong and recent track record in the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s)
• Demonstrable experience of working on Mobilising commercial Partnerships with external 3rd Parties, with focus on commercial growth / revenue growth
• Previous experience of working in a Product Operating Model environment
• Business Change and operational process expertise
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to pull internal and external stakeholders together
• Ability to scope out requirements and assimilate different project types at differing stages with ease
• Track record of End-to-End complex Project Delivery experience
• Highly proficient in risk, resource and cost / benefit management
• Outstanding communication skills
• Flexible approach towards hybrid working (including possible travel to other sites across the UK)
• Immediate availability to start

Nice to have

• Demonstrable experience of eCommerce / Digital Projects within the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s)
• Lean Six Sigma / Agile certification (or equivalent)
