Shop Assitance

We are a German Bistro/Eatery and offers both take out and delivery services.

Our opening hours are from 10:00 to 21:30. (Closed Thursday & Sunday)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and organized

service staff member as well as a kitchen assistant of any faith,colour and GENDER.

We are currently looking staff for

daytime shifts from 10:00 to 15:00 (these times are negotiable) and for

evening shifts from 17pm to 9:30Pm(these times are negotiable)

This role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting daily shop operations. We need a candidate with strong communication skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to work.

Duties

• A friendly demeanor is our top priority. We therefore expect all our staff to extend a warm welcome to our customers and to provide professional assistance with any requests or orders during their entire visit in our Bistro.

-- Handle transactions accurately using the till system and process payments efficiently

-- Maintain a clean and organised shop (cleaning of tables,equipments and rest of shop)

-- Use effective phone etiquette when answering customer Order calls or inquiries

Support team members with various administrative tasks as required
