About this role
We're looking for someone who can: Drive the regional partnership and business development strategy, building influential relationships with healthcare providers, consultants, GP practices, corporate organisations, insurers, and key community stakeholders. Lead initiatives that increase awareness, referrals, and uptake of Clarity's private healthcare services across the region. Identify and develop new opportunities for private healthcare growth, expanding market share and supporting commercial objectives. Act as a regional ambassador for CHEC and Clarity, representing the organisation at networking events, healthcare forums, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings. Develop and deliver engagement campaigns that enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with referral partners and patient communities. Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient journey and exceptional patient experience from referral through to treatment. Monitor regional performance, referral trends, and engagement activity, using data and insights to inform strategy and maximise return on investment. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are focused on activities that drive growth, patient acquisition, and long-term partnership value. Support service innovation by identifying emerging market opportunities, patient needs, and trends within the private healthcare landscape. Build strategic partnerships that strengthen CHEC's reputation, increase patient access to high-quality care, and support the ongoing success of Clarity.
