If you're nervous about applying for jobs, haven't worked for a while or simply want to build your confidence, our FREE Enablement Support Worker SWAP Programme could be the perfect first step. This one-week online training course will give you an in-depth look into what it is like to provide enabling services to our residents in the community.

No previous care experience is required. We'll provide training, support and the opportunity to gain a guaranteed interview on successful completion.
