Service Administrator

Our client, a reputable specialist classic car business in Kenilworth, is seeking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their team. The Service Administrator role is pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of the workshop and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a passionate environment dedicated to classic cars, with a competitive salary based on experience.

• Attractive salary package, circa £30,000, dependent on experience
• 28 days’ annual holiday, inclusive of bank holidays
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Duties

• Managing customer enquiries related to servicing, restoration, parts, and car sales
• Assisting with workshop administration and internal documentation
• Preparing estimates and following up with clients as the Service Administrator
• Assisting with sales invoicing and purchase order processing
• Organising the collection and delivery of vehicles
• Communicating with suppliers to chase parts and services
• Handling routine Health & Safety and British Standards administration
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good working knowledge of computer systems
• Experience in retail or the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently as the Service Administrator
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail
