Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable motor trade business based in Sheffield for the role of Vehicle Technician. The Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of vehicle servicing and repair, contributing to the continued success of our client’s workshop.

The successful Vehicle Technician will benefit from a competitive basic salary of up to approximately £33,000, depending on experience and skill level, with an on-target earnings potential of £37,000. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, with alternate Saturdays. Duties for the

Vehicle Technician role will include

• Carrying out routine fast fit services such as oil changes, tyre replacements, brake inspections, and suspension repairs
• Performing comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop environment
• Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
• Keeping up to date with new automotive technology through training and professional development

Requirements for the

Vehicle Technician position include

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs across various makes and models
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate diagnosis
